Philippe is one of the founders of IACF; formerly ASSORV California. He first got involved with kids in Vietnam and a few years ago when he moved to Pereira Colombia, he is involved with kids in Colombia.

Danielle, a co-founder of IAICF, has been involved in fundraising for children’s causes for the last 45 years, first as a teacher for inner-city children in Los Angeles, then for the support of 3 orphanages in Vietnam. Her move to Rosarito, Baja California illuminated the need to help disadvantaged children and their families in that part of Mexico.
